Insurance Requirements
Subcontractors are required to maintain insurance on all its operations with carriers acceptable to Shamrock Development & Construction Inc. and its Insurance carrier in the required amounts and catagories:
- Workers Compensation and Employer’s Liability Insurance
- Comprehensive General Liability or Commercial Liability covering all operations
- Automobile Liability insurance, including coverage for all owned, hired and non-owned automobiles
Limits of Liability shall not be less than:
$1,000,000 each occurrence (combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage)
$1,000,000 for personal injury liability
$1,000,000 workers compensation each accident
$1,000,000 workers compensation bodily injury by disease
$1,000,000 workers compensation each employee for bodily injury by disease
Subcontractors shall name Shamrock Development & Construction Inc. as an additional insured under their General Liability policy
Subcontractors shall provide certificates of insurance to Shamrock Development & Construction Inc. prior to commencement of any work, with certificates providing that there will be no cancellation nor reduction of coverage without thirty (30) days prior written notice to Shamrock Development & Construction Inc.
A Master Agreement Subcontract shall be executed prior to commencement of any work with Shamrock Development & Construction Inc.
Billing and Payment Cycles

Invoices must have Shamrock Development & Constructions Inc.’s Job name and number on them
All invoices must have attached an executed Conditional Lien Release Form for the amount of the invoice, specific jobs will require an Unconditional Release Form
Job Site Safety and Safety Programs
All sub contractors shall have an active safety program and copies shall be available for review by Shamrock Development & Construction Inc. at any time.
